Refund Policy

At Izzy Boxing Gym, all memberships are subject to the terms of the signed membership agreement. Once a member enters into a contract or monthly subscription, all payments are considered final and non-refundable. By enrolling, members acknowledge and agree that membership fees, initiation fees, and any other associated charges are non-refundable except under specific approved circumstances outlined below.

Refunds, account credits, or early contract termination may be considered only in limited situations, such as documented medical conditions that prevent participation in physical activity, verified relocation outside a reasonable travel distance from the gym, or other extraordinary circumstances approved at the sole discretion of Izzy Boxing Gym management. Requests for exceptions must be submitted in writing along with supporting documentation and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval is not guaranteed.

Failure to attend classes, changes in personal schedule, dissatisfaction with services, or unused membership time do not qualify for refunds. Members remain responsible for all payments due under their agreement unless a formal exception or cancellation has been approved according to gym policy.
