Terms & Conditions - the basics

By enrolling in a monthly membership with Izzy Boxing Gym, members agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Membership provides access to designated training areas, scheduled classes, and available gym amenities during operating hours, subject to change at the discretion of management. Monthly membership fees will be billed on a recurring basis and must be paid in full and on time to maintain active membership status. Members authorize automatic recurring payments using the payment method provided, and failure to process payment may result in suspension or termination of membership privileges until the account is brought current. Cancellation of membership requires written notice submitted at least 60 days prior to the next billing cycle, and no refunds will be issued for partial billing periods unless otherwise required by law.

Members acknowledge that boxing and fitness training involve inherent physical risks, including injury, and voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation. Members affirm that they are physically capable of engaging in strenuous exercise and agree to consult a medical professional prior to participation if they have any health concerns. Izzy Boxing Gym, its owners, employees, trainers, and affiliates shall not be held liable for injuries, accidents, loss, or damage to personal property occurring on the premises or during participation in any gym-related activities, except where prohibited by applicable law. Members agree to follow all safety rules, equipment usage guidelines, and instructions provided by staff, and the gym reserves the right to revoke membership for unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior without refund.

Members must treat staff, trainers, and other participants with respect and comply with all facility policies, including cleanliness standards and proper use of equipment. The gym may update class schedules, operating hours, pricing, or policies at any time, with reasonable notice provided to members when applicable. Personal training sessions, special programs, or merchandise may be subject to separate fees and additional terms. By signing up for membership, members consent to receive communications related to their account, scheduling updates, promotions, and important facility notices via email, phone, or other provided contact methods. These terms shall be governed by the laws of the state of Alabama, and any disputes arising from membership shall be resolved according to applicable local regulations.
